That Crystal Lady Return Policy

We hope you love your new crystals and jewelry, but if you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how our return process works.

You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.

Must be in original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches, or certificates (if applicable).

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

We do not accept returns on:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Sale or clearance items

Digital downloads (e.g., crystal guides)

Gift cards

Perishable, flammable, or hazardous items (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. For other exchanges, you must follow the return process above and place a new order.
